our application, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Twagiye App” or

Twagiye users (“Users”).

information (payment method).

with independent taxi drivers or private rental companies.

Services by understanding how you interact with our Platform.

• Call for information. For quality and training purposes, bookings

through the Call Center may be recorded.

All the information is collected with the purpose of enhancing the experience and quality of

our Services, including to:

• Connect Users with independent taxi drivers or private rental companies;

• Create and update users’ accounts;

• Personalize the experience of users;

• Process or facilitate payments;

• Analyse, improve and develop our Services;

• Communicate with users about services, promotions, updates, news, events etc.;

• Provide customer support;• Find and prevent fraud;

• Respond to trust and safety issues, including accidents, disputes between Users &

Drivers and requests from the authorities.

4. Sharing and Disclosure of Collected Information

Twagiye may share the Collected Information:

c. With independent taxi drivers and other private rental companies.

Twagiye may allow you to connect with independent taxi drivers or private rental

companies. We will provide the independent drivers and private rental companies with

information about you to allow them to provide the service to you. For example, we provide

some basic information (such as name, pickup location, contact number) to drivers so that

they can easily locate you.

d. With Twagiye payment service providers

Twagiye may provide information to its payment processors and facilitators.

e. For legal reasons

Twagiye may share your information with government authorities and law enforcement

officials if we reasonably determine disclosure is: (i) required by applicable law, regulation,

operating agreement, legal process or governmental request; (ii) necessary to protect the

rights, property, or safety of Twagiye, our Services, or the public.f. With your consent

Twagiye may share your information other than as described in this policy with your prior

consent.

5. Changing and Cancelling Account

Twagiye will retain your information for as long as your account is active. If you wish to

as needed to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Service, or take other
